PAYMENT AND ORDER
Mastercard and Visa, and Paypal are accepted for orders/pre-orders.
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 48 hours.
After production of the order commences, it cannot be canceled. 
If you need to cancel your order after it has been processed, just let me know.
If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Sold-Out / Pre-Order / Made-to-Order items are available to be in production,
and will be ready to ship between 10 to 15, or more weeks after your order is placed.

In-stock items are available for immediate shipment after order fulfillment.

Please refer to each product listing, as I have detailed specific lead times individually.

SHIPPING
My jewelry is shipped from Japan fully insured via DHL Express Worldwide with a signature required upon delivery. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes addresses.

The purchaser is responsible for submitting the correct delivery details.

There is a case in which my courier, DHL doesn't support shipping "Jewelry" to your country. The purchaser and the recipient are responsible for checking the availability of their service to the destination.

Shipping charges will apply. The shipping service rates are determined based on the destination.
The shipment recipient is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import and customs duties and taxes, other fees assessed to international shipments.

Please check your local customs website for more information.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. 
Lead time for delivery of international shipments varies depending on customs processing times. I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.
I am not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or damaged international orders caused by delivery services or customs agencies.

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to support@kemurlews.com, right away.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN
continuum.kemurlews.com have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.

The following items are final sale,
Sale/discounted items,
Exchanged items, and All Special orders.

No returns on pierced earrings for obvious health reasons.
Please email support@kemurlews.com within 14 days of your order's delivery date to receive a Return Authorization.

Returns sent without this authorization form may not be accepted.
Once the request is approved, the original item must be sent back within 10 days, otherwise, the return or exchange is no longer eligible.
I reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange
if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please take care that the package does not jingle or shake to protect against theft or damage during the shipping process.

Please use the same shipping box the jewelry was delivered in to avoid extra shipping charges.
I am not responsible for any damage caused by incorrectly packaged jewelry.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected.

Your return will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.

I will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on
your account due to varying processing times between payment providers (your bank or credit card company).
Only partial refunds are granted when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
The international shipping cost incurred at the time of checkout is non-refundable.

Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost if an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.

Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
Duties and taxes are not refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at support@kemurlews.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the ring you wish to purchase is not shown to be available in your size, please contact me about special-ordering options.

I strongly recommend taking the time to ensure the accuracy of your ring size before the order is placed.
All special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special orders can be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.

continuum.kemurlews.com do not provide any repairs, refinishing, or ring resizing services currently.
